Citizens for Juvenile Justice and Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center hosted a forum on September 29, 2015, sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association, to highlight the release of two reports on children who cross over from the child welfare system into the juvenile justice system. Executive Office of Health and Human Services Undersecretary Alice Moore gave the opening remarks.
The presentation of the report was followed by a panel discussion of solutions to prevent this crossover problem. The panel was moderated by Nancy Wagman of the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, and featured the following panelists:
