Kathleen Lovenbury
Kathleen Lovenbury has served as Crystal Springs Chief Executive Officer since May 2014. Prior to joining Crystal Springs, Kathleen served as the President/Chief Executive Officer of the Stetson School and held a series of positions of increasing responsibility since joining the agency in 1988. During her tenure at Stetson School, she honed her expertise in establishing highly specialized intensive therapeutic programs to help adolescent boys with complex special needs, histories of severe trauma and serious behavior and emotional problems. As the Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Springs, Kathleen provides leadership, strategic direction, and vision with the goal of offering highly individualized person-centered approach to foster progress, growth and achievement for children and adults living with special needs. Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Chapter 766-Approved Private Schools. Kathleen received her B.A. from Emmanuel College and M.A. from Vermont College of Norwich University. She holds an Executive Certificate in Organization Consultation and Change Leadership from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute.
