Letitia Howland
Letitia Howland spent nearly 17 years working with Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps where she held various leadership roles that changed as organizational needs evolved. During her time there, she supported staff working across the spectrum of juvenile justice including detention diversion, residential programming, community re-entry, and national systems change efforts. She was consistently awed by the amazing youth and staff whom she was fortunate enough to encounter through her work
Prior to joining RFK, Letitia completed a volunteer year with Covenant House in New York City working with homeless 18-21-year-old youth, and before that she had a global finance and quality improvement career with General Electric Company and GE Capital.
She holds a BA in Economics from St Lawrence University and looks forward to contributing to the crucial work of CfJJ.
